Weird that it doesn't come with battery instructions. I am new to the better versions of the RC Boats, had cheap $100 Amazon ones that weren't too good. I can only assume that you plug in both connections to the battery charger? That's what I have done and the white light is flashing. Mine is a 1300 mah battery so I guess it won't run long. Sounds like I'll have to buy another battery.

My blackjack has terrible vibrations on high rpm , I have done a adjustment allready as it was not aligned but still vibrations. Anything else I can check here ? Shaft has been greased to. Thank you

Plastic prop on the spartan is garbage.

I have your twin water pickup and it works great. I put mine on a cat for racing . My spartan cuts out at full throttle and I use good batteries with a high c rating and from what I have read you cant change the LVC.I might just change the motor and speed control to something I can tweak.

Take a couple of pounds out of and will fly. Forget power weight is the problem.

What hull do you prefer between the Recoil 26" & the Vector 80 Pro, assuming they both have upgaded inrunner motors/esc's. I believe the Vector 80 still has its self righting capability with an inrunner motor fitted.

Y u skipped the trim tabs installation? Did u had to do any mods for that to be installed?

The non Pro version SR80 dosn't come with a wire drive shaft, it comes with a smaller diameter 3mm flex cable. It also comes with a smaller less powerfull motor as well, even though it has a smaller motor the stock 3mm flex cable breaks to easy. Most then upgrade to a 4mm flex conversion on the non Pro boat.

You did mention bluing stainless . It can be done with Brownells oxynate 84 bluing salt. EPI also has salt that will blue stainless. It will look great, it's just a little more labor intensive than regular hot salt bluing, and the fumes are a little more nasty. If you decide to do it I would use an electric deep fryer depending on size of item , these tips are small . I'm not sure if Brownells sells anything less than a 40lb pail of the salt but I'm pretty sure epi sells smaller quantities .Probably more work then needed and a bit toxic like mentioned but you asked . and do more research but this is where you start .

I have a Enforcer Super Gator boat for 15 years. It is not a toy. I just bought a Spartan SR. Trailer too. Will see. The Super Gator is made out of fiberglass and have driven it in Lake Huron in 2 foot waves..

Do you like the Spartan hull shape better than the Sonicwake? I remember in an old video, you mentioned how the Sonicwake was not deep at all (barely 22 or so degrees of deadrise). Where the Spartan looks like it was partly modeled after a Fountain style true Deep-V that more easily slices through, vs deflecting off of waves. The reason I ask you, is because you're one of the few RUclipsr channels who regularly run your boats through rough water(which is totally kick ass), taking flight, instead of only hitting glass-surfaced ponds/lake.
